Got mine in June of 2018. 3-tone sunburst. The wood grain on my guitar is not perfectly matched and I chose it that way(Sweetwater Gallery). It's really nice to look at. It's a bit of an ugly duckling and not for one who's looking for perfection. It actually looks Real. And pretty. I guess it's perfect to me. I like the guitar a lot but for some reason they only put one string tree on these guitars. It doesn't seem to affect anything yet, but it looks odd. This VM doesn't have the "feel" of my earlier VMs, but still an outstanding guitar. The Seymour Duncan pick-ups are great and the build quality is excellent.
